Reservation Policy for 2025-26
For park stays of 4 days or more
- To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay will be required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
- The balance is payable 60 days before your stay and is non-refundable if you cancel.
- Reservations made less than 60 days before the start of your stay must be paid in full and cannot be refunded if you cancel.
For weekend stays in the parks
- To guarantee your reservation, the total cost of your stay is required at the time of booking. No refunds can be made for weekend stays if you cancel.
Nunavik Parks advises visitors to purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance. Travel in Quebec's Far North involves many uncertainties related to weather conditions, which can sometimes cause flight delays and even cancellations. In the event of disruptions, such insurance covers the costs of accommodation, meals, living expenses, etc.
Due to the logistical organization of the trip, particularly the advance booking of airline tickets, no refunds will be given in the event of cancellation by a participant. As such, reservations are strictly personal and cannot be assigned, exchanged, or transferred to a third party.
