You want to know what it’s like to be a park warden, to work with a biologist and to experience the treasures of the Parks? Nunavik parks is looking for 8 students from Nunavik to work and camp inside the park for one week in parc national des Pingualuit. A UNIQUE experience including conservation projects, trekking, fishing, camping and exploration of archaeological sites! Come and join the adventure!
Eight students will be chosen for the week from August 1st until the
6th 2016 to explore the different conservation projects done by park’s
employees and an insect biologist by assisting in their work:
1. Butterfly inventory;
2. Bee inventory;
3. Participation in collecting fish data;
4. Water level of the Puvirnituq River;
5. Environmental follow-up of Manarsulik Camp.



The experience also includes: Trekking, fishing, camping and exploration of archaeological sites!!!! Salary, food, lodging and transportation will be provided to the students.
